It was about -5 celcius during the night but it appears that up there at about 400-600m above sea level temperature won't go up anymore unless there will be really sunny day. Ice on pools is getting pretty thick and swamps are not that much challenge anymore.

Yup, for that I used like 2mm cotton thread. That should last long.

Aaand...they're on :] Sewing on was easier than I tough. Now I just have to use it for a while to find out if it won't fall apart. For the final step I'll fix that outside sewing with some thicker, cotton thread.

To quickly extinguish fire if it occurs use just metal cover for the pot. If the fire starts just put the cover on so it'll run out of oxygen and stop burning almost immidiately.

Hello! I used to melt pine resin on hot stones by the fire so I assume that it has quite high. From what I found on the net it can be like 180-360 celcius. It can be hard to mix them with that much difference in temperature. Whats the purpouse of mixing them? Maybe we can find some other solution.

I found my rucksack quite irritating when it came to carrying small items and I don't like to carry small bags inside because it requires me to open rucksack every time when I need to take knife or anything else so...I've made those pouches. Right now there are 3 of them ready, 1 on front...
