    Hammock hanging, gap distance

Have a look at this thread, didn't think to put the structural line above the net - http://www.bushcraftuk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=73458 With something like that if you can tension the Green lines enough you should be fine across any distance, within reason.

    Hammock hanging, gap distance

If you fit a structural ridgeline to the hammock (much easier on one without a fixed bug net) then it's easy to set up with a large gap. I'll try find a few photos but as long as you have long enough static straps you should be fine across that distance, you can tension them to keep the height...

or trade Flexcut Carving Jack - Right Handed

Hi All, Flexcut carving Jack, right handed version. Bought while I was between cars as a more compact carving set but not been using it. Has not yet drawn blood like most flexcut tools but has been fondled by several blokes with beards, other than that it's practically new, only used the...

    First bowdrill help

I've only ever been able to do it with both the Drill and Hearth being from the same bit of wood, managed Birch, Sycamore, Ivy and Hazel so far. Hi All, Decided it's time to reduce my cooking bits, tried plenty but happiest with the MSR stowaways and numerous bits of cast iron. First is a Primus Litech trek kettle, It's hard Adonised, non-stick, holds about 1L, will fit a 230g gas canister and small stove (I'll include one if...

    Fjallraven trouser sizing??

The standard Kiwi's are a bit baggy, I usually wear a pair of the Kiwi Pro's, they have a much slimmer fit and plenty of stretch. Not managed to rip a pair yet and if you look out you can get them for the same price as the normal Kiwis. Been looking for a pair of Fjallraven trousers in a...
