Has any one had any experience with these knives?
I am thinking of buying a machete or bush knife from them to see how they go... they seem cheap and are made of carbon steel but i guess i would like to hear some first hand experience.

Found this and it looks like somthing that could be used at a long term camp. seems simple enought to make. 2 terracotta pots sand between and some hessian or cloth.
have a look.
I bought a Wetterlinger long hunters axe and the handle is not quite perfect.
The grain is diagonal and the base of the handle is slightly twisted. The top 3/4 is fine and the head is well aligned so the axe is still functional, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a source for replacement...
I've been looking at purchasing one of these and was wondering if they are any good? I've found a few online but still i am unsure as to how they close around the head. Can you adapt them so you can make a mini tent for your head out of the head end flap? Anyone have any experience with them...
Hi My name is joe.
I live in Australia and have always been interested in bushcraft and the techniques associated with it. I camp and climb alot so i use what skills i know fairly often but im looking forward to learning a whole lot more.
