I am sure this has been done before but I have never been 100% happy with the comfort in a DD hammock. I changed my original for an XL but still had the same issues. Slipping down, compressed shoulders and couldn't get a good nights sleep. I know this is because of the way I hang it. Generally the angle was wrong because I was trying to keep the bug net taut. I have now made an adjustable ridge line from 7/64 blue amsteel. This serves two purposes, first it makes the horizontal lay good :hammock:and also gives some security from falling branches.:emoji_palm_tree::emoji_helmet_with_cross:.. I tried it this morning, :emoji_ok_hand:now just wondering why I didn't do it ages ago. :emoji_thinking:.
