I bought this a few months ago for DofE expeditions. It has been used on one overnight trip. There are a few tiny ‘mud marks’ but it has had a good clean and looks pretty much perfect and `’`as New’

Bought in good faith and to be fair I’m pleased with what I actually received, it just would have been nice if it was complete rather than missing the rain cover when it was described as being in as new condition. I’d be less bothered if it wasn’t for the fact I’d been fobbed off (by what seems to be a very prolific seller here) for 5 weeks before being told basically “sorry I can’t find it” Oh well I suppose you win some you lose some

Thanks for the glowing reference. As you quite rightly say, I have been on the forum a long time and have sold many items without any issues at all. I have kept you informed and answered all your messages. I certainly haven’t ‘fobbed you off’ as you put it. I made it clear the rucksack had been used and didn’t show a rain cover either in the photos or in the description. I didn’t even know it came with one.

I have found your communications quite rude and abrupt, hence my last short and to the point response. This is a forum where people share common interests and offer the opportunity to buy good kit at good prices.

I certainly don’t live my life through the forum and lead a busy life, I’m not on it 24/7. I find it quite sad that you feel you have to air your agrievences publicly. I’m not sure what you hope to achieve by this.

If you are still not happy send the rucksack back. If it is in the same condition as when I sent it to you I will refund you. At no point have you requested this, I would have happily done this if you had.
