Oh nice :) It looks like one of the linen weaving looms. They make some beautiful linen, and hemp (fine hemp is as good as linen) cloths.
If you google Swedish Linen Weaving and ask for images you'll come across masses of beautiful fabrics. Narrow woven usually but it's normal to seam them for extra width. Loads of traditional patterns for shirts and chemises as well as table, towel and bed linens, to be made using those traditional narrower widths.

As to the loom itself, it'd be good if HelterSkelter saw this; he's a graduate from the textile college in the Borders and he has an encyclopaedic mind for this type of loom.
The pegged board in the background is a warping board.
