It is the green your face gets after you drank from the stream without boiling it first properly.
Bushcraft brown is ..........
Think other end of the intestinal canal....
:)
Ironically there actually is a color called "Forest Service Brown."

This is turning into a load of C***: now returning to the topic,
What I didn't understand about Skyfall, is that Bond takes "M" up into the Highlands of Scotland, and leaves an obvious trail so he (they) can be found, and it ends up with "M" being killed, all through Bond,s fault, which in any normal scenario, would result in him being sacked for incompetence,
I must admit since cabbages daughter (sorry I meant broccoli, always get my greens mixed up) , took over I haven,t liked the films at all,in the earlier films there was also a bit of humour and plenty of sunny scenes, these later ones seem to me to be too dark,( but that could be my eyesight).

I don’t own a television but I watch the occasional show on amazon prime. Lucifer is enjoyable and I’m pleased it was saved. Nothing to do with bushcraft but does poke fun and religion.

My parents are fans of Grimm.

Funny you mention the light, Fadcote!

The last few years I have started complaing to wife about the very much noticeable lack of light in many productions. Even some cinema films suffer from that.

Did anybody watch Downton Abbey?
I watched the first three series. Totally lost interrst, as nothing happened.

I do not know, but I feel most tv series lose it after season two or three.

I enjoyed Bear Grylls in his very early tv career, good entertainment.

I did watch Bear Grylls once, he was dropped in a desert by helicopter, he started running saying he had to find water quickly, and I immediately thought would you run in a desert? when you are short of water!!!!, I have never watched him since.
And when it was found out he stayed in a hotel of a night, I lost interest altogether.

Survivorman Les Stroud always offered at least one genuine survival technique per episode.
All the StarWars movies = video marathon with popcorn and beer. Repeat 3X and watch the background for the details.
Deep Space Nine for the story themes (and Dax).

One of my favourite films is Papillon, with Steve McQueen and Dustin Hoffman, how Steve McQueen didn,t get an Oscar for that beats me.
